Each individual person may hold only one active 799pk account at any time. The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain an account with 799pk:

4.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your 799pk account is personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership, including transfer of login credentials, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.4 Accurate Profile Maintenance. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 799pk may apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 50 to dormant accounts where a positive balance exists. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the administrative fee, no fee shall apply, and the account shall remain dormant without further deduction.
